If this is true, may God have mercy on their souls. No, wait scratch that. If that is true, people like these deserves to be in hell.

The foreign donations coming to the Philippines is huge. We are talking millions of dollars here.

So a reminder just to be safe. Don't send your donations through the embassies. Direct them straight to the charities instead.
