The Facebook page of ANC 24/7 is asking for its reader's suggestion on how to solve Metro Manila's traffic problem. This got me thinking, "what is the best way to solve Metro Manila's traffic problem?" It's easy to make suggestions, what's hard is the implementation and the cost of implementation. So what is the the best way to solve Metro Manila's traffic problem and the most cost effective solution? Punitive Fines Add caption First of all, any implementation will definitely cost money, a lot of money. The cause of the traffic mess is the people themselves so it's only right that those causing the traffic problem should be fined and the fine should hurt. Our Current Crop of Potential Presidents

Here are the current crop of people we will be electing in May for President

A so called "depressed and mentally unstable" individual who's claim to fame is his name.

A poor and swam in garbage individual who's now a billionaire. Who's claim is either true or he's a pathological liar.

A womanizing, gambling and convicted plunderer.

An articulate lawyer who's claim to fame is being in the GMA administration.

A crying, hot-headed, people serving, can do attitude person.

A man of God who's money came from his flock like every other "spiritual leader".

For Vice President we have.

A bitchy, revenge seeking, former TV anchor.

A no-nonsense administrator who loves pink fences who think he's gwapo.

A former actor who hasn't really been heard or seen during the campaign.

A mayor who is said to have enhanced the financial capital of the country that used to be a human rights lawyer which hardly any money but who's net worth has jumped to almost P100 million in less than a decade.

A rich guy who identifies himself with the poor and calls himself as Mr. Wet Market.

90 Million people and these are the best we can choose from.

Ramon Tulfo is right, the Philippines is a Kakistocracy. What is a kakistocracy you ask?

Kakistrocracy is a government run by the least qualified or most unprincipled. It is also a government run by the worst of its citizens.

In short, a government run by scoundrels.
