The specs are not the only reason why the new iPad 2 is great. It's 1/3rd thinner than the iPad 1 and it's lighter as well.

What I really like about the new iPad 2 is actually what Apple calls the Smart Cover. It's completely magnetic and just attaches to the iPad 2 quite nicely.
