Brazilian Boy Shot In Chest By Police

5 military police officers have been arrested in northern Brazil after a 2010 security camera video of them shooting a 14-year-old boy several times comes to light. The officers say they had been questioning the boy about a neighborhood crime.

The boy was shot through the lung and was in intensive care for 10 days. The boy and his family was so afraid they moved to another neighborhood and did not report the incident out of fear.
