This got me thinking, "what is the best way to solve Metro Manila's traffic problem?" It's easy to make suggestions, what's hard is the implementation and the cost of implementation. Electric Post In The Middle Of The Road

I got a lot of comments about the photos I posted of Old Manila in the 1950's. A lot of peopled loved it and wished we could bring it back.

Well, I'm sad to say that I highly doubt we'll ever see Old Manila again. Case in point.

If you're asking "Is that an electric post in the middle of the road?" Yes, that's right. Of all the stupid things people do, they built an electric post in the middle of the road!

Don't ask me how you get to the other side of the post with a car. They just build whatever they want, whenever they want. Sadly, that's just the way it is now in the Philippines.

So if you're wondering if Manila will ever go back to where it was in the 1950's. Don't bother, it won't.
