The breakup of KC Concepcion and Piolo Pascual started up the rumors about Piolo Pascual being gay again. Frankly I'm sick and tired of this Piolo and KC news. The other day, I was watching TV Patrol and for that half hour the three major news event was former President Gloria Arroyo house arrest. The disbarment case against Sec. De Lima and the break-up of Piolo and KC.
Guess which one had the longest airtime?
To tell you the truth, what does it matter if Piolo is gay? Would it make your life better knowing that? Filipinos can be very judgmental about gays. On one hand, they accept them if they're comedians or beauticians. But other than that, they won't accept them and ridicule them. Maybe because they feel like it hurts the Filipino macho image. Who knows?
Of course, there's this video going around about Piolo while watching the boxing match of Manny Pacquiao.
There's even a photo that is circulating around the Internet about proof that Piolo is gay. One example is this, where supposedly, Erik Santos has his arms around Piolo Pascual.
People basically accepted the photo for what it is. But did it ever occur to anyone that maybe this photo has been Photoshopped? Think about it, why does Erik Santos' arms looks like a gorilla? Maybe because it's fake?
Could it be that the real photo is this?
Makes you think twice doesn't it? Maybe Piolo is gay, but don't just accept things about what you see on the Internet. What if he is gay? Who cares? These people should get a life.

No problem about being gay. It's people's natural instinct to get aggravated if people try to fool them.
"How I Met your Mother"'s playboy character was played by Neil Patrick Harris who is openly gay. There was nothing wrong about that. In fact, he was even popular for that role. And still, people continue to watch that TV program. So, I don't really get it why he had to hide. AJG
I agree, but if Piolo was really gay, I think he is hiding it to protect his image for his career.
I doubt the Philippines is ready to believe a gay actor playing a straight man.
It takes a special kind of actor to play that role. Not everyone can be as talented as NPH.
Piolo is a victim of people who envy of his popu;arity....why not be happy for his achievements and his wonderful contributions to the world of entertainment...
Again. I post what I posted on another blog which features Piolo saying he's a mama's boy-I have no problem with that-, spiritual, and therefore could not be gay.

Son, being spiritual doesn't stop you from being gay. You're born with it. No external force--not even Jesus, God, Buddha, Goddess or Allah or Zeus or Espirito Santo--can dictate what you were born to be.
Hell, maybe they even made you that way, and it's just us humans who have issues against homo/bisexuality. Lord knows the deities are fickle creatures.
That being said, I still don't know whether or not to believe PapaP's statement that he's straight. It doesn't matter if he says he's not gay. Hell, I know it took me a long time to figure out I liked girls AND boys. Maybe he hasn't figured it out yet either. Me? it took me thirteen years.
PS. I am not hating. In fact, I like Piolo (and his abs <3) well enough. I'm saying, gay or not, it shouldn't be a freaking issue. He is what he is. Lay off people. It's none of your freaking business until and if he says so.
