Building Collapses At Divisoria

This happened back in 2004, but I only saw the video today. This building was the 5 year old 9 storey SAI Building in Juan Luna.

The nine-story commercial-residential building in Divisoria, Manila which has been leaning precariously for days collapsed at around 4:30 p.m. yesterday, but there were no fatalities as authorities had safely evacuated the occupants.
