Sen. Miriam Santiago speaking before the 17th Philippine Society of Hypertension convention gave some love advice to President Noynoy Aquino who recently admitted he was dating DJ Grace Lee and did some of her famous pick-up lines.
She said, "I hope he makes a good choice if he is choosing at his age. He should be choosing for a potential mate unless he is resigned to be a bachelor forever then I will advise him that it is a life of complete misery."
"Everyone needs a partner in life, a life partner. Let’s wish him good luck in his search," she added.
But Santiago further quipped, "Unfortunately, the Dalai Lama...said that desire is a source of misery and unhappiness in life. So if he is going to look for a mate, he might desire her and he might become unhappy. I will have to consult the Dalai Lama on that."
