Here's an interview of Conan O'Brien back in 2006. On part three, Charlie Rose asked Conan whether The Tonight Show was the dream.
The last video talks about career and some good advice for young people. This is one of the reasons I like Conan, he's very smart and humble, kind of like your wacky older brother who you can talk to and give you great advice on life.
It's the same thing he did on his last show on the Tonight Show where you told his audience not to be cynical.
