This ad was put out by Ralph Lauren and was spotted by Xeni Jardin of Boing Boing and made the comment "Dude, her head's bigger than her pelvis."

Sometimes they just Photoshop the heck out of photos without thinking. This is one of the reasons why a lot of young women have low self-esteem. They feel they have to be rail thin to look good.
