In a phone interview with InterAksyon.com, the father, who refused to be identified, said he was driving his two daughters to school, with his wife when a Hyundai Santa Fe approached, its headlights blindingly bright. On the early morning of Friday last week, the father's vehicle and the Hyundai came close to one another along M.H. del Pilar St., Barangay Bungad in Quezon City.
