From the Philippine Daily Inquirer . President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo Tuesday ordered the suspension of classes covering as many as four regions to pave the way for a massive, government-led cleanup of areas devastated by Tropical Storm “Ondoy” (international codename: Ketsana).

According to the report on this video. This is Dahlia St in Fairview, Quezon City. 2 kids were reported to have drowned here. This video is of Makati. The underpass is completely flooded. Here's a video of a street in Makati, you can see the drainage system is completely overwhelmed. Here's a photo of the underpass.

Here are some more videos I found of the flood in Metro Manila of Sept. 26, 2009. Typhoon Ondoy dropped 30 inches of rain in 30 minutes. Citizen reporters, videographers, bloggers and photographers out scooped most news networks. This blog actually got more photos of the flood before the Philippine Daily Inquirer got theirs on their website. I pulled these videos from a site called iReport by CNN. It's for ordinary people to submit their own reports of news worthy items. If they proved to be informative, CNN airs them on their network.
