Due to the recent shooting and killing of a Taiwanese fisherman by the Philippine Coast Guard . The Taiwanese have been protesting outside the Philippine embassy. Taiwan is demanding the Philippine government apologize and compensate the victim. This notice came from a friend of mine in Taiwan.
