Metro Manila Flood Aug 8, 2012

According to this report , 80% of Metro Manila is now submerged in flood waters. It also says that they expect the waters to start subsiding on Thursday. 16 people have been reported to have died in the flood. All classes in Metro Manila is suspended in all levels. Classes are also suspended in the provinces of Bulacan, Pampanga, Laguna and Cavite and the towns of Rodriguez and Cainta in Rizal province.
