About Kapersky, I used this for a while and decided to switch because it ain't strong. They quarantine viruses and that's just about it.

The subtitles are for people who don't understand Mandarin which is what Jacky Chan was speaking. For Eugene Kaspersky, he has a bit of an accent so they put the subtitles as well.
