The Facebook page of ANC 24/7 is asking for its reader's suggestion on how to solve Metro Manila's traffic problem. This got me thinking, "what is the best way to solve Metro Manila's traffic problem?" It's easy to make suggestions, what's hard is the implementation and the cost of implementation. So what is the the best way to solve Metro Manila's traffic problem and the most cost effective solution? Punitive Fines Add caption First of all, any implementation will definitely cost money, a lot of money. The cause of the traffic mess is the people themselves so it's only right that those causing the traffic problem should be fined and the fine should hurt. Best Guards Of The NBA

I came upon these videos on Youtube. I remember watching them in the 1990's. I believe those were the best times in the NBA with marquee players like Michael Jordan, Isiah Thomas, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird and Dominique Wilkins.

No flash, no big ego, no big paychecks. Just pure love of the game and team rivalry. It was also the time when players acted maturely on and off the court. They don't go out and specifically market themselves for money. It's not that way anymore. Players now worry more about their rep than actually working to win a championship.

These guys are an inspiration to watch and you want to be like them when you play.

Isiah Thomas of the Detroit Pistons.

Earving "Magic" Johnson of the Los Angeles Lakers.

And of course, the Greatest Of All Time (GOAT), Michael "Air" Jordan.
