New P150 Bill?

Looks like the BSP is coming up with a new P150 bill to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Dr. Jose Rizal.
Update: It looks like this P150 is not going to be issued after all.

According to the commenter "Pinoy Numismatist Network"
"That 150 Rizal bill was an actual design proposal to BSP early in 2011, but wasn’t approved. Eventually, we ended up with a medal and a “1-piso Rizal commemorative coin”. No actual paper money were made only an image which made viral through the net."
