Porsche Riding Customs Clerk Beats Up Student

Paulino Elevado is a Porsche-riding clerk from the Bureau of Customs is in hot water after he was involved in a traffic altercation with a student at the South Luzon Expressway last January 21. A CCTV camera caught the clerk's speeding Porsche chasing after the student's Innova, which had sideswiped it. The clerk allegedly beat up the student and fired shots at the Innova after the incident.
